Connexions Cuisine and Cameo Event Hires comprehensive wedding package includes the following:

  • A-frame style fully lined and carpeted marquee

  • Canapé reception and three course wedding breakfast (sample menu below)

  • Chandeliers and warm string lighting throughout

  • Lit bar and black and white dancefloor

  • Catering marquee to include all the necessary kitchen equipment

  • Circular tables, long top table, cake table and chiavari chairs

  • Stylish crockery, cutlery and glassware

  • A choice of white or ivory linen to the dining tables and napkins

  • An experienced function coordinator to run your wedding day

  • Fully trained and uniformed chefs and service staff to set up, cook and serve the food, serve your drinks and clear away

SAMPLE WEDDING BREAKFAST MENU

Canapés menu

  • Hot glazed cocktail sausages baked in honey and sesame seeds

  • Warmed crayfish thermidor tartlets

  • Walnut shortbread with goat’s cheese, roasted butternut squash, pine nuts and honey drizzle (v)

Three course menu

  • Handmade fresh tortellini with pumpkin served with sage butter and parmesan cheese (v)

  • Bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and parma ham

  • Warmed assorted rolls and butter

  • Butter roasted suprème of chicken with wild mushrooms served with potato gratin and a selection of fresh vegetables

  • Slow roast lamb shank with turned autumn vegetables, rosemary and red wine served with creamy butter and chive mash and fine green beans

  • Wild mushroom and artichoke pithivier served with cream and marsala sauce, creamy butter and chive mash and fine green beans (v)

  • Trio of mini desserts: individual sticky toffee pudding, chunky maple syrup with apple compote and vanilla bean ice cream served with apple crisp

  • Selection of English and fruit teas and coffee served in cafetières
