What areas do you cover?

We are now based in Deptford and North London, giving us excellent access to South East London, Central London, and areas north of London. We regularly cater across London and the surrounding counties, including Bromley, West Wickham, Chislehurst, Petts Wood, Orpington, Shirley, South Croydon, Addiscombe, Dulwich, Peckham, Sydenham, Lewisham, Crystal Palace and Sevenoaks. With our North London kitchen, we also provide efficient catering to Camden, Islington, Hackney, Haringey, Enfield, Finchley, Barnet and nearby areas, as well as destinations further north of London. If you’re hosting a party, event or wedding and you’re not sure if we travel to your area, please just ask! We’ve catered beautiful weddings in Ferring, fabulous parties in Camden, and lovely family occasions in Essex - we’re always happy to go the extra mile.

WE LOVE YOUR MENUS AND WOULD LIKE TO MIX AND MATCH BETWEEN THEM – ARE THE MENUS FIXED?

The menu combinations are just suggestions, so please put your own menu together based on our suggestions and your taste. If there is a particular dish that you would like us to include, perhaps a favourite family cake, please let us know!


MY MUM IS GLUTEN FREE AND MY BROTHER IS LACTOSE INTOLERANT – CAN YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

We are used to accommodating special dietary requests, such as coeliacs, vegans and any allergies, and any requests can be accommodated provided that we are notified in advance. Our staff will be available on the day to answer any dietary queries that you may have.

The entire chef, front of house and service team at Connexions Cuisine takes the safety of their clients extremely seriously and can demonstrate due diligence in regards to allergen awareness. However, we operate out of an industrial kitchen where we use a wide range of ingredients and suppliers and, inevitably allergens are omnipresent. Whilst we endeavour to avoid any cross contamination, have controls in place we cannot guarantee that an allergen is not present in any of our food preparations. Consequently, if you or any of your guests have a severe allergy of any kind you should look to find an alternative provider.


We would like to supply our own drinks – how would this work?

Our staff are happy to serve your drinks and we can arrange the chilling of your wines, champagnes, beers, etc. and can provide glasses, jugs, ice, chiller bins, wine coolers and trays. We do not charge corkage.


What are your staff like?

Our front of house team are smart, courteous and professional. They are all friendly, personable, fun and really, really nice! They are personally selected and are trained in-house. WE’VE LOOKED THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE AND INFORMATION AND WE WOULD LIKE A QUOTATION – HOW DO WE GO ABOUT GETTING A QUOTE?

Call or email us with the details – the date, an idea of the schedule and guest numbers and your choice of menu. If you’re looking for some advice, we will arrange a meeting to suit you – either at our Beckenham premises or we’ll come to you. We will then put together a proposal detailing our services with a quotation.


The proposal is just what we are looking for – how do we go about booking you and making payment?

Once you are happy with the proposal, we ask for a non refundable deposit to secure your booking. The final balance is invoiced to you 10 days before your function, when we know final numbers and details. Once the deposit is paid and the booking form is completed, the date is booked and confirmed. We are happy to take payments by bank transfer, debit cards or cheques.


The party is not until next year – will you hold your price?

Regardless of how far ahead you book, we guarantee to stick to the quoted price on payment of the deposit. This will not change unless your requirements change.


WE ARE NOT SURE OF SUITABLE VENUES IN THE AREA AND our house isn’t big enough to accommodate our guests – ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP US FIND SOMEWHERE?
