Freshly cooked seasoned chicken and chips served in small metal chip buckets

Hot baguettes

A simple, satisfying option served in bamboo baskets that is easy to eat and very popular.

• Hot freshly baked baguettes filled with smoked back bacon, Cumberland sausages, and Swiss cheese and tomato (v)

• Selection of sauces, ketchups and mustards

Fish and Chip Supper

Freshly cooked plaice goujons, scampi and butterfly prawns served with seasoned chips in paper cones.

Sausage and mash with onion gravy

Cumberland sausages served with creamy mash and onion gravy in mini bowls

Pulled pork in brioche bun

Slow cooked seasoned pork served with coleslaw in a brioche bun

Sliders with burgers, bacon and cheese

Freshly cooked loaded sliders with meat and vegan burgers with spicy mayonnaise and pickles

Brioche hot dog rolls

Hot dogs served in brioche rolls with mustards and ketchups

Shawarma wraps

•          Chicken shawarma wraps with spiced chicken, salad and yogurt

•          Spiced cauliflower shawarma with pomegranate and pine nuts (vegan)

Prices starting from £13.50 per person based on 80 guests with a minimum of 40 of any item to include all the necessary service equipment, crockery and cutlery. There will be an additional charge for uniformed chefs and service staff.
