Our hot fork buffets are designed to offer your guests an exciting selection of hot dishes that are easy to eat and absolutely delicious! The buffet selection would be served from our elegant chafing dishes allowing your guests to sample all the chosen dishes. Whether you have traditional tastes or are looking for something spicier, we have an excellent selection to choose from. These menus work well for day and evening parties particularly in the cooler months if you are looking for a hearty meal and are an excellent choice for both informal and formal evenings.   • Spiced coconut lamb

  • Traditional beef bourguignonne with red wine, button mushrooms and onions

  • Thai Massaman chicken curry with lime leaves and fresh coriander

  • Moroccan lamb tagine with apricots and almonds

  • Balinese slow-cooked pork with ginger, chilli and sweet soy sauce

FISH

  • Fresh salmon, prawn and smoked haddock au gratin

  • Cambodian monkfish curry with coconut, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves

  • Spanish cod with peppers, chorizo and chickpeas

  • Thai yellow king prawn curry

  • Spiced prawn, courgette and fresh coriander curry

    VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN

  • Mushroom and tarragon stroganoff (v)

  • Italian aubergine parmigiana (v)

  • Butternut squash, spinach and mascarpone lasagne (v)

  • Thai butternut squash, chickpea and spinach curry (vegan)

  • African sweet potato, mushroom and spinach pot (vegan)

    SIDE SALADS AND ACCOMPANIMENTS

  • Fragrant basmati rice (vegan)

  • Roast new potatoes with sea salt and fresh rosemary (vegan)

  • Butter and chive mash (v)

  • New potatoes with butter and chives (v)

  • Selection of fresh green vegetables (vegan)

  • Creamed spinach with cream and nutmeg (v)

  • Dressed mixed leaf salad (vegan)

  • Fine green bean and cherry tomato salad with lemon oil (vegan)
    All served with baskets of assorted warmed rolls and butter

    Dessert Selection

  • Warmed French apricot and almond tarte

  • Pavlova filled with cream, strawberries and red berries

  • Dark chocolate roulade with white chocolate filling

  • Fresh fruit salad served with almond shortbread

Prices start from £48.00 per person based on 35 guests to include three main course dishes, four side dishes and three desserts, a selection of teas and coffee, crockery, cutlery and paper serviettes, uniformed staff to heat and serve the buffet and clear away for up-to four hours.
