Starters
Chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche and damson chutney
Chargrilled asparagus, poached duck egg and crisp pancetta salad
Fresh crab ravioli served with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil oil
Pan fried scallops served with mixed tomatoes, tapenade and tomato vinaigrette
Fresh asparagus soup with chervil cream (v)
Tamarind-glazed beetroot served with baby spinach and pistachios (vegan)
Heritage tomato, avocado and micro basil salad served with balsamic dressing (vegan)
All served with baskets of assorted warmed rolls and butter
Main Courses
Rack of herb crusted lamb served with fine green beans, dauphinoise potatoes and rosemary jus
Medallions of beef fillet with morels and marsala crème fraiche sauce served with steamed green vegetable selection and crushed new potatoes
Roast guinea fowl with baby onions, lardons, peas, gem lettuce and mint served with pomme purée
Pan fried chicken suprème with cream, mushroom and tarragon sauce served with crushed jersey royal potatoes, fine green beans and mange tout
Halibut with Morecambe Bay shrimps and samphire served with butter and chive potatoes
Pan fried salmon fillet served with asparagus, crushed new potatoes and dill and chervil butter sauce
Stuffed Romano peppers with puy lentils, pine nuts and apricots served with spiced tahini sauce (vegan)
Desserts
Chocolate mousse cake with date and almond crust (vegan)
Warm French apricot and almond tarte served with pouring cream
Raspberry crème brûlée served with coulis, vanilla cream meringue and white chocolate shortbread
Trio of mini desserts: sharp Sicilian lemon tarte, mini fruit pavlova, and raspberry sorbet
Rose and raspberry panna cotta with fairy floss and rose petals
Trio of mini desserts: dark chocolate tarte, raspberry and white chocolate cheese cakes, and raspberry sorbet
Passion fruit mousse with exotic fruit salad and passion fruit sorbet
All served with a selection of English and fruit teas and coffees served in cafetières
Prices start from £89.50 per person based on 8 guests to include a choice of two starters, two main courses, two desserts or one trio, a selection of tea and coffee, all the necessary service equipment, crockery, cutlery, linen to the dining table, linen serviettes and uniformed chef and service staff to cook and serve the food, clear away and wash up for up-to four hours.
