Starters

  • Ham hock terrine served with homemade piccalilli and toasted sourdough bread

  • Chicken Caesar salad with parmesan shavings, pancetta, Caesar dressing and croutons

  • Warm smoked haddock fishcakes served with tartar sauce

  • Oak smoked salmon with capers, dill crème fraiche and micro herb salad

  • Traditional prawn and crayfish cocktail with Marie Rose sauce served in a martini glass

  • Roasted butternut squash soup with rustic croutons (v)

  • Individual warmed caramelised French onion tarte served with dressed rocket salad (v)

  • Roasted beetroot, goat’s curd cheese and heritage tomato salad (v)

    All served with baskets of assorted warmed rolls and butter

    Main Courses

  • Butter roasted suprème of chicken with wild mushrooms served with dauphinoise potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables

  • Slow-roast lamb shank with turned autumn vegetables, rosemary and red wine served with creamy butter and chive mash and fine green beans

  • Traditional coq au vin with bacon, button mushrooms and onions in a red wine sauce served with new potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

  • Slow-roast pork belly served with braised red cabbage, crushed new potatoes, cavolo nero and apple purée

  • Pan fried seabass fillet served with roast cherry tomatoes, roast Mediterranean vegetables, crushed new potatoes and fresh basil oil

  • Oriental style salmon fillet with ginger and spring onion served with wild rice and pak choi

  • Malaysian red vegetable curry served with toasted macadamia nuts and mango (vegan)

  • Persian lime and chickpea stew served with Iranian couscous (vegan)

    Desserts

  • Warm chocolate fudge brownie served with salted caramel ice cream

  • Individual pavlova filled with Chantilly cream and summer berries garnished with a dark chocolate straw

  • Hot brioche bread and butter pudding served with apricot compote and Devonshire clotted cream

  • Bramley apple and oat crumble served with vegan ice cream (vegan)

  • Arranged fresh fruit salad with mango and passionfruit sauce (vegan)

  • Vanilla panna cotta

    All served with a selection of English and fruit teas and coffees served in cafetières

 
 

Prices start from £72.50 per person based on 8 guests to include a choice of two starters, two main courses, two desserts, a selection of tea and coffee, all the necessary service equipment, crockery, cutlery, linen to the dining table, linen serviettes and uniformed chef and service staff to cook and serve the food, clear away and wash up for up-to four hours.
