Marinated griddled mediterranean prawns with lemon, chilli and garlic, served with a chilled tomato soup shot
Basket of assorted warmed breads and butter

Rack of lamb with a fresh herb and dijon crust
Timbale of ratatouille
Dauphinoise potatoes
French green beans

Warmed individual french apricot and almond tarte served with vanilla cream

Salad of mixed leaves with cherry tomatoes, avocado, fresh asparagus with parmesan and croutons and a hot bacon dressing
Basket of assorted warmed rolls and butter

Pan-fried supreme of chicken in a rich cream, mushroom and marsala sauce
Roast new potatoes with fresh rosemary
Fine French green beans
Julienne of carrots

Trio of lemon desserts to include:
- Lemon and passion fruit mousse al fredo
- Mini tarte au citron
- Warmed lemon and poppy seed muffin
