The minimum order for our fine dining menus is 8 guests. The provision of all the necessary crockery, cutlery, crockery and linen to the serving table can be provided at an additional cost. All prices are subject to VAT.

- Marinated griddled mediterranean prawns with lemon, chilli and garlic, served with a chilled tomato soup shot
- Basket of assorted warmed breads and butter
- Rack of lamb with a fresh herb and dijon crust
- Timbale of ratatouille

- Warmed individual french apricot and almond tarte served with vanilla cream

- Salad of mixed leaves with cherry tomatoes, avocado, fresh asparagus with parmesan and croutons and a hot bacon dressing
- Basket of assorted warmed rolls and butter
- Pan-fried supreme of chicken in a rich cream, mushroom and marsala sauce
- Roast new potatoes with fresh rosemary
- Fine French green beans
- Julienne of carrots
- Trio of lemon desserts to include:
- Lemon and passion fruit mousse al fredo
- Mini tarte au citron
- Warmed lemon and poppy seed muffin
