The minimum order for our festive dining menu is 8 guests. The provision of all the necessary crockery, cutlery, crockery and linen to the serving table can be provided at an additional cost. All prices are subject to VAT.

Festive Dinner Menu

Warmed individual caramelised french onion and gruyere tartes served with dressed endive and walnut salad
Basket of assorted warmed rolls and butter

Guinea fowl with spiced oranges, chestnuts and marsala
Potato and celeriac puree
French fine green beans

Dark chocolate parfait served with spiced fruit compote

Coffee served with warmed mini mince pies

Selection of festive sandwiches
Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels with fresh dill and cracked pepper
Char-grilled courgette brochettes with mozzarella and sun-blushed tomatoes
Cocktail quiches with brie and cranberry
Glazed cocktail sausages baked in honey and sesame seeds
Marinated king prawns in lemon chilli and garlic
Fresh fruit kebabs
Chocolate, fruit, rum and nuts refrigerator cake
