The minimum order for our canapé menus is 30 guests. Prices include suitable stylish serving plates and paper serviettes. All prices are subject to VAT.

Traditional Canapé Menu

Hot:

Mini yorkshire puddings with rare beef, horseradish and gravy
Seasoned fish and chip cones
Hot glazed sausages baked in honey and sesame seeds
Selection of warmed vegetarian cocktail quiches

Cold:

Blinis with cream cheese, smoked salmon and mustard dill sauce
Wholemeal bread with fresh asparagus and lemon mayonnaise
Crispy duck pancakes with plum sauce
Naan bread with chicken tikka, mango chutney and fresh coriander

Canapé Menu A

Hot:

Thai fishcakes served with sweet chilli sauce
Cajun chicken brochettes served with smoky, barbeque sauce
Miniature shot glasses with mint and pea soup and roasted red pepper and tomato soup
Stilton rarebit on toasted walnut and date bread
Sausage and mash with onion gravy on porcelain spoons

Cold:

Griddled king prawns with lemon, garlic and chilli
Fresh salmon fillet and spinach en croute
Coconut and ginger pancakes with 5 spice duck
Sweet potato scones with blue brie and caramelised peppers
Homemade cumin and smoked paprika four cheese straws

Thai coconut king prawn soup shots
Spicy beef fillet brochettes with hoi sin and toasted sesame
Caramelised balsamic onion and feta tartlets
Baskets of hot swedish style meatballs in a redcurrant and ligonberry glaze

Roast mediterranean vegetable and mozzarella brochettes
Buckwheat blinis with smoked salmon, cream cheese and mustard dill sauce
Chilled gazpacho soup shots with tomato croutons
