Connexions Cuisine: Bowl and Mini Food


The minimum order for our Bowl and Mini Food menus is 30 guests. Prices include suitable service bowls, forks and paper serviettes. Linen serviettes and stainless steel bead pattern cutlery can be provided for an additional cost. All prices are subject to VAT.
Our mini main courses served are served in smart, white rice bowls that can be circulated later in the evening. Add on to the cocktail menu to make the party last longer! Also a modern alternative to the evening finger buffet traditionally served to evening wedding guests.

Hot Bowl and Mini Food

  • Smoked haddock chowder with potatoes and bacon
  • Thai massaman chicken curry with rice
  • Tagliatelle with smoked salmon, prawns and dill cream
  • Beef and mushroom stroganoff with rice
  • African sweet potato and spinach pot with peanuts and coconut
  • Roast mediterranean vegetables with harissa spiced couscous and goats cheese
  • Prawn, courgette and fresh coriander curry and rice
  • Chicken breast with ginger and spring onion served with egg fried rice
  • Paella a la Valencia with chicken and seafood
  • Moroccan fresh vegetable tagine served with buttered couscous
  • Penne carbonara with bacon, cream and fresh parmesan
  • Sweet and sour chicken with fresh vegetables and noodles
  • Chilli con carne served with rice, soured cream and guacamole

Cold Bowl and Mini Food

  • Coronation chicken served with mixed rice salad
  • Thai beef fillet salad with fresh coriander, mint and chilli
  • Fresh tuna nicoise with quails eggs and fine green beans
  • Roast mediterranean vegetables with couscous, rocket and goats cheese
  • Char-grilled chicken Caesar salad with anchovies, croutons and quails eggs
  • Seared salmon, fresh asparagus and new potato salad with honey and lemon dressing
  • Tuna pasta with mixed peppers and pesto vinaigrette
  • Smoked chicken and avocado salad
